New city center

Right in the Florentin neighborhood’s heart, between the entertainment and cultural centers, trendy restaurants, enthralling dogecoin casinos and business districts. An innovative residential concept designed by Architect Ilan Pivko, at a high standard of which has not yet been seen in this area. The project includes a 17-story tower – the highest in the new landscape – and a residential complex that includes 200 apartments with the highest technical specifications, an impressive lobby with a guard, and a luxurious fitness room.

” Florentine becomes a symbol of the urban renewal that Tel Aviv is going through. FLORENTIN SQUARE is a unique residential complex that includes four buildings and a 17-story tower, different from all the city projects. The project’s design and construction correspond well with the neighborhood’s urban language and match the fabric of life in it – an entire block consisting of buildings in line with the sidewalk, a ground floor intended for commerce, and above its residential floors.” — Ilan Pivko

We had the great pleasure of producing a TV commercial for this interesting project from Trigo Investment. The commercial is intended to showcase to the general public the innovative, young, and dynamic living experience that this complex allows from commercial spaces and public areas to apartments with standards not yet seen in Florentine.
